Therapy That Fits Your Life

Therapy doesn’t have to happen in an office to feel personal, connected, or effective. Virtual sessions allow us to do meaningful work from a space where you already feel comfortable—without the commute, added travel time, or disruption to your day.

Every person who walks through our virtual door brings a unique story. Our services are designed to meet you where you are — with evidence-based care, deep clinical expertise, and genuine human presence.

Our approach is active, collaborative, and deeply engaged. Whether we’re talking through what’s happening now or doing focused trauma work, virtual therapy can still provide the connection, structure, and depth you’re looking for.

Our Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at Resilient Minds is a space that belongs entirely to you. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling stuck, we move at your pace and stay attuned to what feels most important in your life right now.

Sessions are tailored to your goals, your history, and your strengths. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based modalities, we work together to deepen insight, expand coping skills, and cultivate resilience that lasts beyond the therapy room.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are living systems that are always changing. Couples therapy offers a grounded, structured space to slow down, understand what is happening between you, and begin to relate to one another in new, more connected ways.

Whether you are navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, healing from a breach, or simply wanting to feel closer, we focus on improving communication, increasing emotional safety, and strengthening the foundation of your relationship. Together, we make space for both partners’ experiences while guiding you toward patterns that nurture connection and care.

Family Therapy

Families shape our stories, our roles, and the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others. When patterns in the family system aren’t working, it can create stress, distance, and pain for everyone involved.

Family therapy at Resilient Minds provides a supportive space to address communication breakdowns, ongoing conflict, major life transitions such as divorce or loss, blended family adjustments, and parent–child relational challenges. We work collaboratively with all involved family members to foster understanding, repair old hurts, and build more intentional, compassionate ways of being together.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma is not only about what happened to you, but about how those experiences continue to live in your body, mind, and nervous system. Our trauma-informed approach is grounded, paced, and collaborative, honoring both your symptoms and your strengths as we work together.

We draw on advanced, evidence-based trauma treatment modalities to support deep healing while minimizing overwhelm. Together, we create a plan that fits your needs, your readiness, and your life.

  • EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) — A structured, research-backed therapy that helps the brain process and integrate traumatic memories so they feel less intrusive and more distant.
  • Progressive Counting — A gentle, efficient trauma processing method that can be especially helpful for clients who find traditional exposure-based approaches too intense or overwhelming.
  • Flash Technique — A rapid, minimally distressing method used to reduce the emotional charge of traumatic memories, often as preparation for deeper processing work.
  • EMDR Intensives — Extended, concentrated EMDR sessions (half-day or full-day) for clients who want to accelerate their healing or who cannot attend weekly sessions, with careful preparation and follow-up support.

Trauma Therapy is available in standard 50 minute session, extended 90 minutes sessions or EMDR intensives. Not sure which is the best option for you? We can talk through your needs and determine the best place to start together.
