Warm In-Person EMDR Session

Keep the warm, realistic in-person EMDR therapy setting and composition. Show the therapist from behind or at a subtle angle so their identity is not emphasized. The therapist extends two fingers horizontally at the calm adult client's eye level to guide gentle side-to-side eye movements, rather than holding up an open palm. Keep the interaction natural, private, comfortable, and professional. Avoid visible distress, physical contact, eye or brain graphics, exaggerated gestures, readable text, and branding. Preserve the current wide image presentation and composition.
